Postage Prices advertised are for mainland UK only. For other areas, please contact us with your location before buying and we will inform you of the correct postage price.
Please note that if you are opting for courier (My Hermes) delivery in the following postcode areas IM, HZ and ME there will be a surcharge of £2.50. You will be invoiced for this separately after purchasing. If this amount is not paid within 48 hours then we reserve the right to cancel the purchase and refund you your monies in full.
All Items automatically include postal insurance.
If you order before 10.00am then your item will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 10.00am will be dispatched the next business working day. This may vary slightly during busy periods i.e., Bank Holidays.
If you wish to receive your item using Royal Mails guaranteed next day 1pm delivery service then you must purchase your item by 10am unless otherwise arranged with us. Please note that this does not apply for deliveries on Saturday.
Items will be dispatched using either Royal Mail or My Hermes Couriers 3-5 day’s service, dependant on size and weight. Please see your sales record to view the method of delivery that you have selected. All international items will be dispatched using Royal Mails International Signed For Service or Airsure.
Whilst we dispatch items within 24 hours (except weekends/Bank holidays) we do not deliver them ourselves. As we use external companies for delivery cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery once the item has left us. We will, however, always try to assist you with any delivery problems that you might have.
Please note that expected delivery times for International Mail using Royal Mail International Signed For or Airsure are as follows. Western Europe within 5 working days, Eastern Europe within 7working days, major cities worldwide within 7 working days and other destinations within 10 days.
Unfortunately we do not post to any BFPO addresses. Although eBay does allow you to make purchases through us (which we are unable to change), we reserve the right to cancel the purchase and refund you in full.
Royal Mail will only accept an item sent within UK Mainland as lost after 15 business working days. In the case of mail sent to Europe it is classed as lost after 20 business working days and for the rest of the world 25 business working days. If you have not received your item within this time then please contact us. Please note that as Royal Mail state that items can still be delivered up to that time irrespective of the service you have purchased, we will only offer a refund or exchange after that time has lapsed.
In the event that there is a problem with your purchase please contact us prior to leaving feedback, as we will always try to rectify any problems.
Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days. If you do not wish to keep your item please email us within 7 days of receiving it. All items that are returned must be in their original resalable condition with all labels / tags / factory sealed packaging intact. Only open any packaging if it is your intention to keep the item as once opened items cannot be resold and we may therefore, not accept them as a return.
If you wish to return your item we will gladly issue you a refund for the initial cost only. The refund will not include any original postage charges incurred. In cases where an item has been sold with free postage and packing please be aware that the charge for P & P has been built into the item price. If returning an item like this please be aware that there will be a restocking fee (which will be equivalent to the original cost of posting the item out to you).
If you wish to return an item to us then please contact us in the first instance. You will be provided with a returns reference number which should be included with the item when it is returned. You will also be advised if there are any restocking fees that apply to your item. Failure to obtain a returns reference number will lead to a delay in processing your return.
When returning your item we suggest using either a tracked service or obtaining a free certificate of postage from the post office as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
The buyer is responsible for any return postage charges.
